Best Machine Learning Conferences
The machine learning field of research code separates the learning-theory and methods venues from the broader AI list. In practice the top of this tier is dominated by three conferences — NeurIPS, ICML and ICLR — whose submission volumes now run into five figures per cycle.
COLT and AISTATS remain the natural homes for theory-forward work, and a long tail of applied and workshop-derived venues sits below them. Check the paper archive on each conference page to see what the programme committee has actually accepted before you commit to a venue.
